Pet Policy

Our Community Welcomes Pets! Pet Deposit of $500 for the 1st pet and an additional $300 pet deposit for a secondary pet. Monthly pet rent is $55. Maximum of 2 pets allowed per unit, with breed and weight restrictions: Max weight is 50 lb. per pet and no aggressive breeds will be allowed. All pets must be registered with management office. We require most recent vet records, and photo of the pet(s). Please reach out to our leasing team for questions about pets other than cats and dogs.

*Parking at the Wilson is unbundled as we participate in the City of Santa Monica`s TDM Plan providing local preference for retail / residential parking for current Santa Monica Employees. This plan also provides a credit towards there monthly statement of 50% of the current cost of a regional monthly pass for those that do not have a vehicle. We also provide Bicycle Repair Stations and tools along with information for local mass transit.
